Acho que foi algo bem pensado, colocar algo moderno e inovador num lugar antigo, ou seja no mercado. Um lugar onde os nossos avós iam comprar as frutas e as verduras. Gostei muito, as queijadas são deliciosas. A comida é super saudável, os sumos naturais são frescos. Um espaço aconchegante que faz com que as pessoas gostem de lá estar. Continuem assim. Per me le paste sono proprio da 5 stelle. Non posso aggiungere altro. I croissant sono tipo brioche e sono poco cotti, come piace a me. Ma la meraviglia sono i pao de deus, tra i migliori mai provati in Portogallo, poco cotti e umidi all'interno. Perfetti. Caffè buono. Forse unica nota negativa, è un po' più caro rispetto alla media dei bar. ~ Andrea C

Endlich mal etwas Ähnliches wie eine Bäckerei gefunden!! Neben schlichten Brötchen gab es auch viele belegte Brote, gefüllte Croissants, Donuts oder auch sehr lecker aussehende Kuchen. Preislich hätte ich es mir für Madeira günstiger vorgestellt, aber gut - direkt in Funchal hat wohl alles seinen Preis. Das Bolo do caco mit Porc war sehr gut, das American (?) Sandwich mit Ham und Cheese nicht ganz so gut. ~ Christian S

Adoro a confeitaria, adoro os bolos e o pão. É dos únicos sítios onde eu consigo beber café sem me enjoar a meio. Recomendo experimentar o cappuccino hazelnut, os milkshakes de fruta são excelentes mas os de chocolate são um pouco enjoativos. O almoço aqui é bastante composto apesar de ser um café e não um restaurante, os frutos são todos feitos com mistura da casa. Recomendo vivamente até para bolos de aniversário. ~ Sara A

So leckeres süßes Gebäck. Auch der Kaffee Americao absolut lecker aus einer Siebträgermaschine. Preis in Ordnung. Bedienung war sehr nett und hatte Humor. Leider schwierig ein Plätzchen zu ergattern. Aber beim 2. Versuch hat es geklappt. Schöner Abschluss nach dem Besuch in der Markthalle. ~ Ingrid N

This is truly one of the best places on Madeira. We lived here for 6 months and came almost every Saturday to the farmers’ market to buy fresh local products, and this cafeteria was always part of our routine. We were always welcomed with a smile — the staff is incredibly kind, friendly and attentive. The food is very fresh and delicious, and they are amazing with children. Our 4-year-old always felt comfortable and welcome here. One day I forgot my wallet at home and couldn’t pay. Without any hesitation, the girls served us and fed both me and my child with complete trust. We came back later with the money, of course, but this moment truly touched us. This level of trust, service and coziness is rare. We are very grateful for this place and honestly wish there were more places like this on Madeira. We highly recommend it. We love this place and the whole network — amazing people and atmosphere 🤍 ~ Mariya S

A Confeitaria no Mercado é um verdadeiro encanto! 🍰 Os empregados são super simpáticos e atenciosos, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. Há uma grande variedade de bolos — todos frescos e deliciosos, desde os clássicos pastéis de nata até sobremesas mais elaboradas. O café é de ótima qualidade e combina na perfeição com as opções doces. Um espaço acolhedor e cheio de sabor, perfeito para uma pausa no dia a dia. Recomendo vivamente! ☕✨ ~ Nuno A

Tolle Bäckerei / tolles Cafe mit sehr moderner atmosphärischer Ausstattung. Es gibt diverse Leckereien, wie z.B. Zimtschnecken, Pastel de Nata usw... Aber auch herzhafte Sandwiches u.ä. Der Laden ist eher klein und süß, dafür sind die Speisen aber alle lecker. Wir waren 2-mal dort. ~ Johannes H

Hele leuke plaats voor een lunch of koffie met gebak. Heel verzorgd en ruim assortiment, zowel voor zoete als hartige dingen. We hebben allerlei dingen genomen die we niet kenden, en werden telkens aangenaam verrast. Vooral de Brazilian sandwich is een aanrader! ~ Matthijs V

Hier kann man herrlichen Espresso und auch leckere Süßigkeiten zu absolut normalen Preisen genießen... und dazu beobachten, wie unbedarfte Touristen an den Obstständen übers Ohr gehauen werden. Für uns ein Muss bei einem Aufenthalt in Funchal und jedesmal wieder gerne. ~ Rene W

Leckerer Kaffee und sehr leckerer Kuchen. Hatte eben einen eher negative Kommentare gelesen - kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Alles super lecker. Der Service war gut und der Preis für dir Nähe zum Zentrum fair. Empfehlenswert. ~ Justus B

Гарне, атмосферне місце для відвідання коли ви зайшли на ринок, або гуляєте повз. Є два входи і це зручно з двох сторін. Смачні тістечка і оригінально приготовлені холодні напої створюють приємну атмосферу. Рекомендую для відвідання. ~ Anna A

Le top pour prendre un petit déjeuner à Funchal dans le mercado de Los lavadores. Le pain est très bon, les jus également (et non coupés à l'eau !), sans oublier la diversité des boissons chaudes. Le service est irréprochable et rapide. ~ Cathy H

Situé dans le Marcado dos levradores, cette boulangerie/pâtisserie nous a beaucoup plu. Il y a un large choix de pâtisserie, de viennoiseries sucrées ou salées. Chaque matin nous prenions notre petit déjeuner ici. Le croissant à la crème d’œuf et celui au chocolat étaient très bon, ainsi que le Brownie au Kinder Bueno (parfait pour le goûter). Les prix sont très abordables et les deux personnes qui gèrent cette endroit très sympathique. Il y a de la place à l’intérieur ou bien à l’extérieur au niveau du marché tout autour de la boulangerie. ~ Claudia L

Super endroit dans le marché, il y a des tables pour s'installer et prendre le petit déjeuner au cœur du marché, préférer le vendredi matin la ou le marché bat son plein en cette période. Le personnel est très agréable !! ~ Rémi D

A nosotros nos gusto, cierto es que no probamos dulce, solo bolos do caco rellenos de cosas y limonada y naranjada, atención buena. Y en pleno mercado dos Lavradores. Carta muy variada. ~ Jennyfer G

Ich habe diesen Ort eher zufällig entdeckt. Kleine Bäckerei mit süßen Leckereien. Es gibt ein paar Tische, jedoch herrscht Selbstbedienung. An der Tecke wird man schnell bedient und kann direkt aus dem Angebot auswählen. ~ Dietmar K

C'était un très bon endroit pour prendre le petit déjeuner avant notre visite au marché. Les produits sont de qualité. La tosta mista et jus sont très bons, mais leur pastel de nata n'était pas le meilleur. ~ Thiago S

Zwar eine Kette, aber in der Markthalle ein sehr schöner Ort für eine Kaffepause. Unser Kaffee und Kuchen waren frisch und lecker, das Personal hinter dem Tresen (SB) sehr freundlich und schnell. ~ Rainer R

A little diamond in the center of the colourful fish & farmers market - Funchal, that can get rather busy during summer and cruise ship tours about. So timing is vital. If your breakfast brunch consist of an espresso 'bika' and a small crispy warm custard cream pastry 'pastei de nata' (Portuguese centuries old Monk receipe) sprinkled with Cinnamon, well then, welcome to my breakfast world. And boy, oh boy, did they hit it spot on & get the 'WOW' factor from me. A word reserved only for & when I feel the wow factor, which is rare nowadays.I asked myself, how much WARMER CRISPY & FRESHER can it get? And after some deep though -2 seconds later, I came to the conclusion that I have to go back for another try, try, try. Now, some of you must be thinking: surely they must serve other beverages, pastries, hot sandwich and cakes. Well, yes they do & in fact it's at the counter or fridge covered by a clear armour plated glass -screaming to be eaten or ravagely taken home. But that, I will leave to your discretion & just in case you want to take a few custard cream pastries home, 'guess what?', they so happened to have the cutest boxes too. Your call. Café riquísimo y mucha variedad de pastas . El local también muy bonito. Estoy de vacaciones en Funchal y he pasado varias veces y siempre muy bien. Recomiendo. ~ Noemi F
